Flare Care Club is a monthly subscription box service designed for people living with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). We are a small, community-driven business based in the United States.

2. Eligibility
By using our website and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Subscription & Billing
Flare Care Club operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Single Month — charged once at time of purchase
• 3 Month Subscription — charged monthly for three consecutive months with free shipping

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice to subscribers.

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us directly at hello@flarecareclub.com. Boxes that have already been packed or shipped for the current cycle are not eligible for cancellation or refund for that cycle.

5. Shipping
Boxes ship on the first Wednesday of each month. Shipping times vary by location. Flare Care Club is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier once your package has been handed off for delivery. If you experience a shipping issue please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Product Disclaimer
Flare Care Club curates products intended for general wellness and comfort. We are not a medical service and nothing in our boxes constitutes medical advice or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before using new skincare or wellness products, especially if you have sensitive skin or are managing a medical condition.

Flare Care Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription box.
