At Flare Care Club, every box is packed with intention, care, and love for our community. Because each box is curated and shipped monthly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes.

However, your happiness means everything to us.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you have any concerns about your box, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

We are a small, community-driven business built by someone who lives with HS every single day. Your experience matters deeply to us and we will always do our best to take care of you.
